Sore muscles and brusies from rugby?

how can i help my muscles? im so sore i can barley walk

  1. Advil ice it then heat and rest. all better i play football this helps alotalot


  2. Have a relaxing bath and soothe the bruises, and the only really thing to do is just take it easy until the aches have disappeared.

  4. I normally have a very cold bath after a match/training and then get as much sleep as possible. Also it may seem strange, but try to walk it off - loosen up the muscles. Hope it helps.

  5. old guy here. played similar sport box lacrosse two long. the best and only way to avoid the tension in the muscles . a herbal remedy, from ancient egypet. it is called devils claw. perectly legal, no side effects at all. will pass any drug test. easier on the body than any other pain killer. many many players of your sport, including the new zeland all blacks use this . it just works . started using after blown knee. 11 days later knee was solid . this was chainsaw surgery 1970s. my wife artritis in hip, severs limp, taking prescription drugs . 3 weeks devikls claw. pain gone, walks with slight limp out of habit. has full hip mobility . absoulutley no side effects. best part 3 months 5 dollars . please check out on a web site. it just works. great choice of sport . at my age i still want a answer to the question . when will great women atheletes recieve a sports channel. womens lacrosse has been ready 5 years, softball, i would never get into batters box , soccer great emotions . women atheltes pure class shown toward spectators . get darts , billiards , fishing , bowling , poker off the air. replace this nonsense with great sports . great athletes . sorry about the rant .  

  6. Ice and pain meds. Then before you do rugby/sports again, I'd strech for 10 mins at least so it won't happen again.
