Question:

Sore muscles? any home remedies?

so this is my concern.

i have recently been dancing this choreography that makes me rise up from the floor using my thigh muscles.

and im so stupid. i didnt stretch before it.

so now they hurt.

but i keep on stretching everyday.

is that a good thing?

or should i just not stretch and let the pain go away?

  1. you definatly want to stretch your muscles that are sore, put some ice on them, rest em, time will heal the soreness

    soreness isnt ussually caused by stretching but by tiny microfibers in your muscles that break(reason for soreness) and then come back stronger (after the soreness)

    soreness ussually occurs because your body is worked harder than it ussually is so microfibers break and become stronger which creates stronger muscle

    not stretching will mainly cause injuries and not soreness
