  1. you cant.. it doesnt matter how soar you are. When you are soar and you start working out again it is going to hurt at first, but then your muscles will get heated up and you wont feel the soarness anymore. i tell you thats what happened to me when i was in volleyball. just one thing i have to let you know is dont give up just because of soarness if you really love the sport stick to it, and dont slack off at all. coaches hate lazy girls. good luck, hope you make it.

  2. TWO WORDS: IT HAPPENS. (Not shouting there) You just haven't used those muscles, it's ok just but a heating pad on at night, not to hot though! My coach calls them volleyball muscles, and they will hurt you just have to be a happy camper and go with the flow.

  3. make sure you stretch before and after you exercise. it works. oh, and drink lots of water.

  4. epsom salt baths are amazing. try it. thats what i used and tha next day i wasnt sore at all. it might not have tha same results for you but its worth a try. :)

  5. ICE BATH! honey it isn't fun but it sure as h**l works.

fill a tub with ice cold water and then get  bag of ice and poor it all in there. sit for 30 min.

    stretch ALOT  afterwards!

you can allso stretch before playing but i don't really advise it because it loosens your muscles and dosent allow you to jump as high.

OH! alllwaaays stretch after you practice! and not little wussy streches hold everything at least 30 seconds and not simple stretches make sure every muscle is stretched

don't put heat on it! it feels good but hurts the muscle!

  6. stretch and drink lots of water...it sounds lame but it helps.

  7. Stop practicing. That hapened to me last week it takes about 3 days to feel better.
