Sore on anti-eyebrow piercing? Help?

I've had an anti-brow piercing for about 6 months, and NO, it's not rejecting and it's not going to.

There's no pain or infection, my piercer even told me it was fine.

But there's this weird, puffy sort of sore that looks kind of bruised, but mostly red.

The piercing is fine, it's just this sore, right on the top of where the bar beneath is. Right in the middle.

This is going to sound gross, but I took tweezers and ripped it off one day (It's a bubble). And all that came out was blood. But after a few days, it healed the exact same way it is and was.

What is it? What can I do??

I think it might be a pimple? put some benzyol peroxide over it  or just leave it.
