Sore on lip and bump on tip of tongue.?

Okay. So I'm a virgin and the only person I've kissed in the past like year has been my boyfriend. He is also a virgin. I am a little concerned because this woman came into my office last week and she looked pretty gross. Like, she didn't have oozing sores but definitely had sores on her face and around her mouth just a little. They just looked a little red I guess. Anyways. Can herpes be spread by her touching a piece of paper and then I touch it after her and then touch my lips or mouth area a little later? I'm concerned to an extreme. The one sore on my lip looks like a pimple and I feel the bump on the tip of my tongue but it is very very subtle. Like u can't see it and you can barely feel it. Is this herpes?????????? I get atleast one mouth ulcer every one/two months and always have gotten them. Is this a need for concern??????

the virus can't live long outside of human body? does she touch her infect area in front of u then tuoch the paper? maybe u caught it from your boyfriend if he had cold sore.
