  1. It depends on many factors. For me 27 holes in 3 days is not alot because I am an avid golfer at the moment and summer is in with time off from studies.

Have you just started golf? You could be using muscles that you are not used to.

You might be doing something in your swing which is causing this.

Alls I can say is see how it goes when you play again, and make sure you warm up before playing. Too many times I have seen weekend golfers who just get on the tee and do not warm up.

You can seriously cause harm to yourself, as you need to get your body temp up ready for a 4hour round.

If it continues to give you pain go to your doctor just to check it over.

Also your elbow/arm might have had a "good work out" if it isn't used to being used alot therefore it should build up over time.....like when starting guitar, the fingers go sore and really hurt because they are not used to fretting the strings and they harden the more you play

  2. I got this / have this , from playing indoor cricket at school - just under the elbow on the inside. It is strained from intense use. I would recomend icing it, and maybe wearing a support.  Funnily enough I believe this is called Golfer's elbow. At this moment I had not started playing golf. (for me it comes and goes)

    Hope this helps.

  3. it could be tendinitis. I use a band when I play the it wrapped around the arm below the elbow and it works fine and does not hinder my swing. You can buy them at any golf store. If that does not work it could signal another problem and you may need to see a Doctor. My guess based on experience is that it will work.
