My husband has been complaining of a 'tingling' sensation when he pees in his testicles for the past couple of days and just recently peed out urine with dark brown in it, thinking it was blood. What could be the possible causes of this?

  1. He has AIDS, and from the looks of things, so do you.

  2. testicular cancer

  3. I think either he has a UTI which is an infection or he is fixing to have a kidney stone.

He needs to be evaluated by a doctor and have a urine analysis done.

  4. he needs to go the ER or to a urologist pronto!

it could be a number of things and there are no "at home" remedies for it!

  5. Get to hospital, that could be a sign of renal failure.

  6. Could be many things...bladder infection, kidney infection, kidney stones.  He needs to see a urologist ASAP.

  7. GO SEE A PROFESSIONAL, I know caps are annoying but I have to make a point, GO!!!

  8. See doctor immediately. Infection probably.
