today we didnt have tennis practice bc the courts were slick from it raining all day so we had to go in the gym and do conditioning for about two hours. all we did was basically sprint, jog, relays, stretches, suicides and just all your basics of working out. i was totally worn OUT..i havent worked out that hard in forever, but i feel good that i got the exercise.

but now my throat is sore...........could this be from the workout? it started hurting like right after conditioning. thanx

  1. 1 your probably dehydrated try drinking more liquids

2 your body is probably not use to that much excecise all at once

3 were you berthing through your mouth it gets all irrtated and dry

So nothting serious so just keep drinking and it should be better by tomorrow

  2. You were probably breathing through your mouth too much.  The dry air inside dried up your throat and can make it sore.  It should go away soon, just drink plenty of fluids.  If its not better in 1 day, it could be something else.

  3. It's probably from breathing hard through your mouth. It gets all dry and irritated.

  4. Do you breathe through your mouth? That may be why.

  5. yea it sounds completely normal

I think you should drink more liquids while working out,

it helps you feel better, and it should get that sore throat out of the way too

keep up the good workouts though! :)
