Sore throat looks liek white coating at back of tongue what could it be? please answer!!!?

ok well im 16 years old male, and i have had a sore throat and it looks liek theres white coating at the back of my tongue and ive had a bad taste in my mouth even after brushing what do you think this could be?

  1. if it is sore - take some sore throat pills, and if in emergency - use loads of chewing gum :)

    but if the white coating remains for much much longer most probably it means you have digestions problems (like with abcterias in your intestine). go to the doctor and do some tests.

    as for now, i would recommend to brush your tongue with special gummy tongue-brush as to get rid of that white stuff. also rinse your mouth with a special liquid like listorine or even colgate - it really helps!


  2. It sounds like you might have strep throat I would suggest you go to the doctor and have it checked just to be sure.  

  3. How far back? If it coats the opening of the esophagus, it sounds like tonsillitis.

  4. could be oral thrush... its treated with daktarin from the chemist
