okay so i know my toetouches suck and its because the top of my thighs are sore and thats why my jumps suck i need to be better at tryouts tomorrow what can i do to fix this?and get my jump higher.?im nervous.. :) i sskipped school today to work on it tryouts are tomorrow through friday so i took off the day before and yes i can do that. :) and tricks on "looking" like you threw a backhandspring? this girl made it last year by faking it. someone said. she did like a backbend kick over but did a jump thing to make it look like a backhandspring and any tips cheer related will work. :))
