how do i keep from getting sore when playing volleyball??

volleyball camp is this week & its 4 hrs

we have 2 run almost everywhere all the time

afterwards my legs my wrists and my shoulders are really sore

how do i prtevent that????

& dont say "stretch" b/c we stretch 4 like 30 mins everyday

  1. the salt tht "Volleyball Girl" is taking about is epson salt..it really works

  3. if u but a type of salt (idk wut its called) in water and soak in it then u should feel 10000 times better. Plus after a 2 days or so u will get used 2 it and the aches and pains will go away. If you concentrate on the game and not on the pain u will b sure 2 4get about it all

  4. its just what comes with playing volleyball. But when u start playing alot. ur body gets used to it n u wont c**p as much. Just like any other sport after a long play ur going to be hurting
