I'm trying to create a 360 page and I keep getting this message. I know no one else is using my e-mail because it's mine and I don't have another 360 page. Even when I log out of everything and try logging into 360 I get the same message. It won't let me create a page at all. How do I fix it.

  1. u could also just make another email address, like a business one, thats what i chose to do because the same thing kept happening to me.

  2. The first step would be to clear your browser's cookies and cache. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now

In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes

In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.

Go to http://360.yahoo.com. Make sure that this is the only window up. Click the "Get Started" button. When the process ends, click the "Yahoo! 360 Home" link on the main page to enter your space.

If you need to update your situation, click on your avatar on the far left corner of most Yahoo Answers pages OR click on the "My Profile" link on the far, upper right corner of the page. This takes you to your Y/A profile page and there is a section that lists your questions at the bottom. Add details to your question via http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/answers... .
