Sorry, your password can't be reset online :(?

Hello, I have a strange problem with my yahoo account . This morning when i tried to login my password wasnt recognized. I tried couple of times but with no result. After that i tried to change my password and i have entered on Sign-in Problems page, i write my yahoo id and the verification code, clicked next, and i received this answer: "Sorry, your password can't be reset online. To reset the password for this account, please contact Yahoo! Customer Care.", and on the bottom of this "Our Customer Care team will email you instructions that will help confirm your identity and allow them to better assist you." They didnt let me verify my identity. And...where they will contact me if i cant log in my yahoo mail and i dont have an alternate email?

I didnt do nothing especially before this problem. I know my personal information and i can be verified. I desperately need my account back. Thank you very much.

Maybe you've been hacked, create a password that's not in the dictionary.

However, contact Yahoo Customer Care and ask them. They will be able to walk you through the process over the phone.

You're going to need an alternate email address.  Can you set one up with your isp (if it's not using yahoo), or set up another yahoo address.
