Sorry I put welsh rarebit question in Horseracing, I was just horsing around?

anyway thankyou for replies,I did not know there were so many

ways to make Welshrarebit and I still don't know which is the proper one.? maybe you know some more?

Maybe you take a Master Cutler, lay him on top of 20 years worth of divorce and then spread it over the ocean to find what you missed in marriage !!!

So many but if you want something nice, lightly toast bread, spread with butter and put on some strong cheddar or any cheese you like, melt  under grill,   while you are toasting,  pan fry some mushrooms in butter, don't use marge it's not the same, once  its nicely melted add mushrooms on top of cheese on toast, its totally yummy, lots of butter but it's one of the best supper dishes i know.

isn't it cheese on toast with poached egg on top?? - or is that what they call Buck Rarebit - so..my answer is...it either has or hasnt got poached egg on top!! - lol!!
