Sorry Ranga Day 2008. Reconciliation or another joke?

Today (10.8.08) is officially sorry ranga day...

Now im not a ranga but does anyone think this day will do anything in saying sorry for all the **** red-heads have been put through since the name 'ranga' was coined on the hit TV series Summer Heights High?

Dont get me wrong, i LOVED Summer Heights High and have made more then my fair share of ranga jokes but seriously, Ranga Day?

Wont this just make things worse for our rednut Aussies?

  1. 'Sorry Ranga Day' was actually created by the makers of Summer Heights High.

    I don't think it's meant to be serious. Merely another marketing tool used to sell more DVDs.

    i loved the show too :)
