Okayso i want to lose some poundshaah.i currently weigh about 150 poundsi'm 14. and i'm about 5'7" <-- not that, that would helpbut i want to be about 140.possible ?yezz.;i start highschool monday [freshmen]I"M NOT TRYING TO LOSE THE WEIGHT BEFORE THENi just want to be slimmeri DONT have any exercise equipmentso yeah/soo if you could give me any exercise things to do in my room like.. youtube videosand dietsno counting carb things tho.not good at that.but yeah thanks for any answers :D-Delilahh DAMAGE!
