  1. only thing i can really tell ya is that normaly after you ovulate your temp does go up a bit.

mine went up a lot right after i ovulated and then went up even more the next day.

being your 5 days past ovulation watch over the next few days to go down and then up again(a little dip in your chart) this could be implantation.

then if it goes back up and stays relatively high it means you have a very promising chart.

    good luck to you

lots of baby dust your way

  2. It's very hard to make any conclusions from one temperature reading. One reading alone is really not enough to prove anything.

Some women do experience their temperature rising again after ovulation when they are pregnant. However, this is usually a sustained rise and happens around 9dpo.

5 dpo is too soon for the egg to have implanted. The earliest an egg will implant is 7 dpo with the majority of eggs implanting 8-10 dpo. Therefore it is very unlikely that any of the symptoms you are seeing are the result of you being pregnant.

That's not to say that you aren't pregnant, you might be, but I think the temp change and the symptoms might be the result of something else when they are this close to ovulation.
