Sorry if this is gross, but I have to know....?

Question

I am 5 weeks pregnant and I just had a clear, odorless, thick, goober like, ball of discharge. Is this something that I need to worry about, or is this a normal part of pregnancy. I have had two kids before, and don't recall anything like it (besides the normal discharge that you have when you are pregnant).

I've been having little clumps of white discharge too since I got pregnant.  My doctor says it's normal because your v****a has to work extra hard to clean itself since you aren't getting periods.  Something like that.  It's all good though. Congrats!

it is normal to get gooey discharge sometimes heavier then the last.

Yeah that's normal. i am 19 weeks and u are going to have that throughout ur pregnancy. So long as there isnt any blood, then ur ok.

As long as there isn't any blood, it's nothing to worry about.  It's probably just vaginal discharge.

But if there is any itching or a foul odor, contact your OB, because it might be an infection.
