No, it simply won't work.

I am from England, UK and I had the same message when I wanted to watch Sonic X on the 4kids website.

You have to be in the States.

You can't trick it, because your internet runs from your IP address which is different for every single computer, so it can identify exactly which computer you were trying to watch it from and where that computer is.

That video message indicates copyright protection, although it may be possible to trick it someway into playing you would be breaking the law.

I bought about 12 years ago a region free dvd player like many other people, then bought region 1 DVDs for the usa like many other people, then my Portuguese neighbour pointed out to me it is illegal to watch those DVDs.

Take not from someone who has learnt the hard way, don't break copyright laws it's not worth it.
