Does the below mean for a tourist visa 2 entyr you can stya for 60 days and then leave and re-enter for a further 60 days?

For TOURIST VISA state 1, 2, 3 or 4 (max) entries (fee for each entry is £28) Single entry Tourist Visa is valid for 3 months from date of issue and allows a single entry for a stay of up to 60 days from date of entry. Double, triple or quadruple entry Tourist Visa is valid for 6 months from date of issue and allows 2, 3 or 4 entries each for a stay of up to 60 days from date of entry.
