I don't think he actually took-out the gun, he just opened his jacket to show the person he had a gun.

He took money from a mini-golf and a shaved-ice stand. He possibly tried another place, but I'm not sure. What kind of time could this kid be looking at?

He's only 21, oh and he has a juvenile record involving either just selling or making and selling meth.

What's the best case and worst case length of his stay?

  1. See him in 5-8 without bars.

  2. Haha.  Sort of?  Well if he is convicted he will sort of do about 20 years.  I wouldn't wait for him.

  3. Sounds like this guy doesn't know how to live in society.  He should be locked up for a long time.

  4. However long he gets, IT WON'T BE LONG ENOUGH!!!  Only 21, he's an adult fully aware of what he was doing!  He is a criminal and should be locked away and forgotten!  What a scum bag!

  5. Sort of?

  6. He's going to jail.  For a LONG time, and even if he gets out anytime soon, he'll just go right back.  Because he's a jackass.

  7. a few years, is he ur son. oh if he showed a gun thats a murder threat so like 20 years

  8. hopefully he gets a 1st strike  and at least 10-15 year..who cares that hes 21 if he was 12 I would say through him under the jail...kids have no respect for anything or anyone and we can thank every liberal person that threw GOD out of the united states.

  9. Well it depends on what they end up charging him with. There is no sort-of in court. Since he had a gun and showing it was a threat it means it was armed robbery.

It also depends on what state you are in he could get anywhere from 5-20 years in prison for each count.

  10. i would think anything over five years. three to five min.

  11. lol not sure, but its tough, a buddy of mine got put away for murder it seems something like 40 years, i think hes innocent tho.

  12. How much time he's looking at depends on the state you live in. You can check your state's or county's website and see what he is facing.

And armed robbery is armed robbery. There is no such thing as sort-of armed robbery. He had a gun, he showed the gun, so he was armed and he committed robbery. And at 21 he is an adult and should face the consequence of his actions.

  13. Prolly not long enough for the victim(s)

  14. He's not a kid anymore,  and he'll probably like young boys and be around 65 before you see him again.
