Sos masterticket, havent recieved tickets...help!!!

i order tickets for the saturday after next at the v festival and they said they shoul arrive a few weeks before the event...its 9 days and there not here!!! should i panick yet?

First, did you buy tickets with a credit card? If so, you can cancel the charge and not get charged for something you did not receive. Then go to the site you purchased at and read the fine print. There should be some contact number or person that you can check back with to see what happened to your tickets,,but the credit card stop payment will probably be your best option. Good luck

hi, after sending them many email threatening to go to the office with the police , i got an email saying i was to go to v on 15th aug and phone someone called richard barker on 07939328207 to collect my tickets, sounds very dodgy to me but i have no other choice. please let me know if you get yours, good luck and if you do get them ..have fun. cheers jane.
