Soubi, beloved/loveless?

Question

I thought that if the fighters sacrificed died or vice versa thier names were erased from the body?

Why is 'beloved' still on soubi?

But in volume 6, its revealed that Ritsuka's brother might not be dead..

And I think Soubi is Ritsuka's brothers real fighter. He become Loveless' fighted only because Beloved told him so >.<
