Chrona is a girl. Her name is Chrona already (with the '-na')... she wears a dress, has pink hair, got b***s (for real =_="" duh!!!) and wears knickers (saw it when Ragnarok pulled up her dress)

I'm not sure if it's been disclosed in the anime yet - however it is revealed in the manga that Chrona is a female. http://myanimelist.net/character.php?id=...
