Never. Darth Vader is exclusive to the PS3 version of the game.

since they could have easily put both on the same game.

Not when you finish campaign. Once enough people play the game and profits start slowing down, they'll release him on the XBL Marketplace, probobly not for free.

And to everyone who says he's only for PS3, they're just saying that. They wouldnt have had a slot for him on the character select screen unless they planned on making him available.
