Soul mates?

Do you believe in them?

And i've heard that some soul mates have the same eye colour as each other, something to do with the window to the soul or something. Is that true?

I have as I can think it as such, seen my soul mate, but I have never talked to him. I knew it was true, that I can feel it in my soul, but I must always deny taht the soul mate is someone who is yours in truth, I never even spoke to him. I am sure that some of you feel that your soul mate will be your best friend and lover but the truth is it is not so. It is a really cool feeling but you have no obligations at all. Your soul mate can know  you and not even think of asking you anything, and you too can ask him nothing, it is not even wrong. It is perfectly natural

Well my wife and I are soul mates but we have different coloured eyes  , its just that we see thing the same way as each other.

My soul mate, has nothing to do with eye color, hair color, etc.

we finish each other sentences, think totally alike, like frick and frack....like 2 peas in the same pod, love each other, share everything with each other, but, not the in the love thing.

We have our own love interests.............that is my soul mate.

Yes I believe in soul-mates, two people who are just right for each other. Similar in likes and dislikes, just seem to know the other person without being told.

Never heard of the eye thing...........its possible.

yes it is true and the eye thing ,you will also find a soul mate has the same sort of features as you, and ideas and you feel like you've known them your whole life the 1st time you meet. And no matter what goes on in your life you always have a sort of connection with the person

Personally, I think the term "soul mates" is a little overused.  The true "definition" of the word according to Merriam-Webster is:

Main Entry: soul mate

Function: noun

Date: 1822

1 : a person who is perfectly suited to another in temperament

2 : a person who strongly resembles another in attitudes or beliefs <ideological soul mates>

   I don't believe it has anything to do with colour of eye's.

I'd love to believe they exist though.  What a comforting thought.
