So I have this 1000 kyats bill. It is from a place called Myanmar. Anyway it is worth about 155 bucks here. But the last time I checked it was worth about 300 bucks, so the value has completly cut in half, do you think I should save it and the price will go back up or do you think the only thing that will happen it it will fall back down? So basically I dont know weither to keep it or trade it for USD, and I need some advice.

Please only people who have actually experience or know a lot about this stuff.

  1. Given that Myanmar is slowly collapsing in on itself, and has been for decades, I don't foresee their currency appreciating against the dollar any time soon.  Exchange that note for dollars as fast as you can.

  2. Trade it in for USD, their inflation rate (the reason the bill is worth less) is only going to increase as the corrupt government prints more money.
