My sound is working on my Toshiba Tecra M3 laptop. I've called Toshiba and they are now telling me to send it in. I believe it's the sound card. Does the Best Buy Geek Squad fix these types of problems and if so, what's the cost (even though I'm still under warantee)Thanks
