Sound and video delay?

In some music videos (or movies) the audio looks delayed vs the image. This is seen in youtube, etc. Is there any software to correct this?

  1. You can try moving the audio in a video editor or, if they're running at different rates, adjust one of them.  This is easy in Vegas Movie Studio.
