Sound card :(?

Question

ok so i got a surround sound 4 x-mas and i want it hooked up to my computer and it says i have to have a 7.1 sound card and i can see why because it has green black orange and gray 4 sound cords and if i only use one only 1/4 the speakers work..

so my question is should i get the sound card and have clear sound or use like 5 2way splitters and have it all hooked up?¿?

i would try the 2 way splitters first.

then try the sound card. It depends on whats cheaper and easier for you :)

Get a new sound card!! Creative Labs' Soundblasters have always been pretty good sound cards.
