Sound engineering courses online or in geelong/melbourne?

I am lookin for some kind of online course for mixing and recording or a course that may be in Melb/ Gelong vic..

The best way to really do it is to get your own rig and unschool.

I started off as a teenager with a stereo Roberts and would cover the erase head with cardboard and do sound over sound going as deep as 6 tracks.
