Sound level goes to high by itself.

Question

Sound level goes up to highest level by itself. Using the remote or the panel buttons we can turn it down but then it immediately run right back up. Tried holding the button down but after setting at a comfortable level it runs right back up while holding the button. Can this be fixed?
