Question:

Sound on Computer not right?

When I turn on everything comes ok with sounds.

DVD with sound are ok for a while then they stop.

I can't get Media sounds (video clips) for cinema at all.

I checked and the computer says no problems.

I have no viruses.

Any idea anyone?

  1. reinstall sound driver if it came with it, some files for sound drivers might have corrupted.

    You can use google to search your machine's brand for drivers

    install this codec pack and see if it sorts it

  3. maybe its the dvd try a friends dvd player see what happens

    or maybe your useing an old media player thy updateing to windows media 11

Hello, you should first check your cables and connectors.Make sure they are properly plugged in.Make sure you are connecting them to the right ports.If everything is done correctly and no much luck, you should go to sound and multimedia settings in your control panel.Click start>control panel>sound and audio or whatever is written after sound, click on it and click AUDIO and make the right changes.Remember this is were you can make changes to sound
