  1. You can make your own by using sound proofing material.  It is expensive but should do what you want.   I think they sell it here   http://www.americanmusical.com/

  2. Sorry buddy you can not purchase a ready made sound booth.

What you need to do is, layout a design with dimensions, purchase lumber and build it ur self, since you live in an upper unit you must be consious of the weight.

    Steps:

    1)   Design the booth to fit the area, and build it so that you can take it down farely easly when you move, preffearbly use 2 x 4 and 1/2 plywood construction.

    2) Get the materials,

    A) For the floor you want to use high density foam to isolate the booth from the floor and vibration.

    B) Corogated foam such as the type used as a matress pad will work fine to cover interior walls.

    C) 2 x 4's and 1/4 plywood for the out and 1/2for both inner wals and outer walls.

    D) Deck screws are strong er you may use less screws, 1 s***w about every 18 inches.

    3) Cut the high density foam (20 lb rating or close) into blocks 3 inch X 6 " by the length of the booth.

    4) Build 4 side pnaels for the walls and 2 panels for the floor and ceiling, 1 walls must contain a door, build the door 1/4" smaler that the opening, 1/2" plywood inside the door, fill the cavity between the inner and outer panels with isulation and 1/4" for the outer skin of the door be sure to over make the outer panel 3" larger so that it over laps the wall, be sure the door in hinged to open out ward, apply foam backed tape to the area of the door were it over laps in wall to seal in the sound when the door is closed.

    5) Set the walls on the base one by one and s***w them to the base, then s***w the corners together and the while making sure everything is leveled.

    6) Fill the walls with insulation such as use in standard home construction.

    7) Attach the outer walls 1/4" plywood.

    8) Apply corogated foam to inner walls and door.

If you like to may put a window, be sure to use 2 double pain windows and leave an air gap in between for sound dampening affect.
