Sound proofing my room for one night?

Im haveing my Girlfriend over tonight. and i live in a one story place how can i sound proof my room so my perents cant hear anything :P

If there's a space under your door and between the floor, try plugging it up with a towel or something. And yeah, try to stay under the covers.

Okay try this. Go to ur parents say i'm taking my girlfriend out for ( good excuse thats believable ). Get a room at a hotel thats cheap and do it there. worth the price right?
