Sound system for a trooper?

alright. i have a 95 isuzu trooper. its pretty sweet for now. Im looking for a good system for it. Replacing all the speakers and adding different things. I am looking for the best bang for my buck. So I could really use some help on what to get without breaking the bank.

  1. A good place to start is Crutchfield.com and enter your info where it says "outfit my car".  They have good brands and lots of info that's easy to understand.  Their prices are a bit high, but you could always shop elsewhere once you find what you want.

    A good system will consist of a new radio, upgraded speakers powered by a outboard 4 channel amp, a sub(s) with an suitable bass amp (class D preferred), and a wiring kit.  It doesn't have to be anything megawatt-ish (if that's a word).  About 60 rms x 4 for mids/highs with at least 250-400 rms for bass to start.
