Sound varies

Question

This is a 3400 monitor series integrated amp. Upon starting cold, the sound fades in + out till it warms up.
It has been doing this for a long time. I sure would like to find a solution.
I originally bought this unit used and it did the same thing. So, the store gave me a new one. This one started some months later.
