Sounds are coming from the front right side of the car when it is accelerated?

the car is toyota corolla 1998 also when i am reversing the engine or whatever i dont know starts to make quirky sounds please advise me what to do

It sounds like you may have a drive axle (cv joint) that has gone bad , usually if the cv joint is bad one of  the rubber boots on it will be busted as well. You might also have a bad motor mount . Have someone to start the car with there foot on the brake and put it in gear while your looking at the motor, if one of the mounts are broke you will see the motor jurk hard.
