Soundtrack book report! HELPPPPP!!!!?

Question

I'm doing a book report where you make a soundtrack for the book based on events that occur. Can anyone help me come up with songs for these events? School appropriate please :D During the french revolution so any french songs might help too!

#1 - The women hates her husband after marrying him quickly because he is childish and acts like he doesn't appreciate her.

#2 - She finds out it was a disguise because he is the scarlett pimpernel and it was a cover up to hide it from her.

#3 - She is black mailed in trying to figure out who the scarlett pimpernel is (before she figures out it is her husband)

#4 - They are taken prisoners but escape.

#5 - At the end, they rekindle and are happily reconnected.
