Sourav Ganguly hopeful about playing in IPL5, 2012
The former Indian captain, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sourav-Chandidas-Ganguly-c90746, is hopeful about his chances in the Indian Premier League 5, which is to take place in 2012.
Ganguly led the Kolkata Knight Riders in the first three IPL editions but the two parted ways when he was not retained by Kolkata for IPL's 4th edition.
However, Ganguly was hired by the debutant franchise, Pune Warriors, to strengthen their batting department in the later stage of the tournament.
Talking to the local media, he said, “A lot of players moved in to new teams. I have moved to Pune Warriors in the late stage of the tournament. Hopefully, I will feature in the next season as well.”
