Sourav Ganguly says his first IPL4 game was a tough one in his career
Sourav Ganguly, speaking about his batting for the Pune Warriors against Deccan Chargers in the Indian Premier League match on May 10, said that it was a very tough day in his career and that he came into the game with zero-confidence.
Ganguly contributed an unbeaten 32-run knock in his side’s victory over the Deccan Chargers.
The former Indian captain was very determined on Tuesday as he scored 32 runs with the help of a six and three fours.
While talking to media, Ganguly said, "I said it's probably the toughest day of my career. I have not picked a cricket bat for five months. I came into this game with zero-confidence."

The left-handed player added, "It feels good (to score some runs). I haven't played for a long time and needed some hits in the middle. It's about anticipating which I haven't done for a while."

However, the pressure is on Ganguly, especially when his capability to play is under fire from so many quarters. He will be looking to live up to his name and reputation.
