The three-day match between KwaZulu-Natal Inland and Namibia ended in a draw on the final and third day of the match on Saturday, December 03, 2011 at City Oval, Pietermaritzburg.
After ending the second day of the game on 276 runs for the loss of two wickets, KwaZulu-Natal Inland, continued their first innings on Saturday to amass a total greater than Namibia’s first innings total of 435 runs.

Both batsmen batted exuberantly, on the final day, as they stood defiant against the Namibian bowlers who were eager to grab a wicket early in the day.
With 305 runs on the board, Inland finally lost the wicket of Wyk, who walked back to the pavilion after scoring a prolific knock of 174 runs.

The duo of Addicott and Conway became yet another headache for the Namibians, as the batsmen clobbered a massive tally of 106 runs in the fourth-wicket partnership.
Addicott was then removed in the 113th over by NRP Scholtz, after the batsman had amassed 40 runs on the board.
After this wicket, the Namibian bowlers made a resurgence in the game by grabbing a few more wickets without letting the batsmen score freely.
Later in the innings, Conway suffered his demise after playing a stupendous knock of 106 runs off 209 deliveries.
In the end, KwaZulu-Natal Inland managed to post 466 runs at the end of their first innings.

With almost no time left in the day, Namibia came out for a second innings cameo to score only two runs before play ended on the final day without a result.
Both sides gave their fans three exciting days of impressive cricket, where both batsmen and bowlers performed to their maximum capacity.
