South Africa name Test squad for http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 tour – Cricket News Update
Cricket South Africa on Wednesday named its 15-man Test squad for the upcoming tour of Australia, which starts in November. The South African selectors have retained most of the players from the squad that triumphed in http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 in August.
"We have given a fully deserved vote of confidence to our Test XI that did so well on the recent tour of England and we have just tweaked our reserve strength slightly to suit expected conditions and the tactical situation," CSA selection convener Andrew Hudson said in a statement.
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/JA-Morkel-c1613 and fast bowler Marchant de Lange are the other two players to miss out.

“It is tough luck for Lopsy to miss out but we just feel that Rory's ability to hit the deck hard will give us a valuable option, particularly at Brisbane and Perth,” said Hudson while speaking to media reporters later on Wednesday.
“He also adds batting depth to the lower order. The fact that he finished second on last season's four-day bowling averages behind only Vernon Philander speaks for itself,” he added further.
Kleinveldt has to date played 75 first class matches, picking up 208 wickets at an average of 28.57.
Considering first-choice wicketkeeper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Thami-Tsolekile-c2662 has also been called up as reserve gloveman.
The squad will leave for Australia on October 27 to play three Tests against the Kangaroos between November 9 and December 4.
