South Africa have secured an emphatic victory over India in the Nagpur Test, and if they can hold the home side to a draw at most in the next Test will take back the No. 1 ranking. Can they do it?

The Proteas have a well documented habit of capitulating when within reach of titles – and the No. 1 Test ranking has so far been no different. India are better than this performance, but now need nothing less than a victory to retain top spot in the rankings.
