Can anyone suggest solutions to all the pollution in South Africa?

Give them a carbon footprint tax and make the citizens pay for all the hazards they are putting into the air. Like Carbon Dioxide? My goodness, what is it doing to the plants....it's not like they can survive on Carbon Dioxide???

I think Global Warming is a hoax. Another way for governments to tax the people and get away with it stating good intentions but actually gaining more control.
