Kiss and First Car.

Apparently girls remember their first kiss, and men remember their first car.

I actually remember both, but I remember more details of my first car :

It was a 1981 Chevrolet Rekord 2.0GL White with Beige - Brown Interior, km reading was 147000, 70l tank and it costed R50 to fill up, numberplate GHL001T and I got it 29 September 1988, The day after my 18th birthday

The first proper kiss was in std7 and her name was Annerie, that's about it...

What do you remember.

  1. I also remember both:

    1) First car - second hand Toyota Conquest, Blue

    2) First kiss - Brunette Canadian exchange student

    Both bring back wonderful memories.

  2. I wish i didnt remember my first kiss!

  3. First car: second hand white city golf with a killer sound system left over from the previous owner, who I suspect was from Boksburg because the boot was so heavy with speakers I could barely lift it... until of course it all got stolen and I had to replace it with a cheapo system. I got it the day before I passed my licence. The numberplate started with FMD and as a girl I don't remember any technical details but I loved my baby car and I had a collection of small key ring teddies (those ones that you buy from deaf people) in the little shelf under the cubbyhole and a stressball for traffic and always a staysoft refill under my seat so that my car smelled pretty. My brother sold my baby car this year ;-(

First kiss: In Std 7 with Sean on one of those security tower things on the roof at Eastgate ... how romantic :-( Our friends were all around the corner as our lookouts. He tasted like dentine gum and I'm sure I did too.

  4. My first car was a Renault 5, not too sure what year it was but it looked like this http://www.renault.com/renault_com/en/im... but it only had 2 doors and it was beige. Its spare wheel was stored in the bonnet, really! It was a 2nd  or 3rd hand car and I never had money to fill the tank up but do remember putting R 5 petrol in.
