ok all the people who lives in Hamaskraal area is true that taxi drives don't let you hike(ask for a lift) i heard that there i a security guard who carries a shamebok and if he sees some asking for a lift he will give a good shamebok bite for not taking the taxi cause the petrol is too high

What right does he have to go around shambokking people for not using taxis??

I don't understand why people just sit back and consider this as acceptable behaviour.

Yes ,we have the same thing going on here . The problem is people are being picked up at what is considered to be designated pick-up points for taxis . This is a problem because the taxi owners loose out on potential clients by do-gooders and ''pirates'' . The guy with the sambok is from a local taxi association .
