what is the best country(or two)to visit in South America in the Summer. And what are some attraction/cities to visit there.

VE NE ZU E LA= PARADISE!!! any time of the year. Best weather all year round, best beaches, jungle, mountains, big cities or small towns, you name it.. we have it.!

In which Summer? Eight of the countries in South America are located below the equator where the seasons are reversed. Summer there is winter in North America.
