hi please help me i went for a cruise on the weekend and my passenger sed they saw a police car with a radar on the road and i think i was doing 63 in a 60 zone could you guys please tell me if they have an allowance and how much it is? and can you tell em if they would have chased me and fined me on the spot if i was caught or if i was speeding. i really forgot what speed i was doing because i was so shocked that i didnt see the car.please help

umm YES there is an allowanse it is 5km over.

and ive they had a radar gun then they would have to pull you over.

so dont worry you wont get a fine in the mail

Usually they allow 10% and the fact they didn't pull you over doesn't mean a thing they may have had a speed camera installed

There is no allowance and seeing as they didn't chase you I would say you are safe from being fined so don't worry about it.
