Any one travel regularly on Southwest Trains routes and agree with me that they give a 200% BETTER service than they used to.. i have only had slight trouble twice since Christmas, and that was due to a Signalling Fault both times (which is out of there hands..) i think we should all switch to the Train..Where Possible.... MUCH Safer than Being with Some of the Nutcases and Dangerous drivers on the roads... Anyone agree?

  1. I agree with Madame Spud - I use the train everyday and they are getting better, but a lot of journeys are just far too expensive.  Not that owning a car is that cheap either!  I cycle whenever possible...

  2. I find the train to be far too expensive and the cleanliness of the trains and the customer service to be appalling to say the least.

I can drive from my home to Hampshire and back for less money than the one way ticket would cost plus it is actually quicker by car.

People aren't going to give up their cars and use public transport until the transport is clean, value for money and run at convenient times.

In my home village the bus service is once a week, not exactly helpful if you work 5 days a week

  3. i work for national rail enquiries and we have recieved much less complaints about SWT than we used to. My job can be difficult though as i totally agree that they are expensive...but I get shouted at alot by the public :-( poor me lol
